Election Pacts - Unthinkable?

The Tories won control on the UK with only 37% of the votes the this May’s Election.

On the back of this………Austerity Cuts, Bankrupting the NHS,  Forced Council House Sales with the proceeds confiscated………etc…..

We have a First-Past-The-Post voting system in the UK – so if the anti-Tory vote is split enough…… well….. this happens.

It even happens in Welwyn Hatfield – where the votes cast for Labour,  the Lib_Dems and Greens combined would remove the Tories from office.

How badly would we like this?

Badly enough to consider a dialogue with the LibDems and Greens?

With a view of the top-scoring Party in each Tory-controlled Ward in the 2016 Borough Council Elections standing alone against the Tories in 2018?

This is believed to be against Labour Party policy.

Time for a bit of a re-think?
