Fighting for a Hertfordshire that listens to Welwyn Hatfield

It's that time again. Once every 4 years you get the chance to vote on who represents you on the County Council and we all know that on May 4 there couldn't be more at stake.

We've had a County Council that's sat idly by while billions have been carved out of our NHS, leaving social care in crisis. A Council that's failed to act while our roads crumble as nothing is done about pot holes and our verges are left to ruin. A Council that's offered no solutions to Parents who are left to panic because their children can't get a place at a local school and have to send them out of town for an education.

Welwyn Hatfield needs a strong voice that will stand up and represent you, Councillors who have proven time and time again that they're on your side. Local Councillors and candidates who have opposed the Tory Bin Tax and opposed the 68% Tory pay rises.

It's clear we need a Labour led County Council. We're pledging to tackle these issues that you care about. We know these concern you, because you've been telling us.

Verges in Welwyn Hatfield - It's verging on the ridiculous! - Join our campaign

You've been letting us know where your verges are a mess and where the County Council has failed to act. It's ridiculous that they make residents wait 2 weeks for a response before being told that it's not a priority and nothing will be done. We think you deserve better, if you do to - Sign and share our petition (click the picture below)
