Toulouse has Airbus; one of the World’s leading Plane-makers .
Hatfield has an iffy Bus service and an unreliable railway served by a subsidiary of the French (nationalized) railway SNCF.
Toulouse has state-of-the-art trams – and 200mph TGV trains to other cities (run by French (nationalized) railway SNCF).
We need good Industrial Policy; run by sensible leaders with sound long term vision.
